The Spa focuses on hydrotherapy and the use of mineral-based products indigenous to the area, The Greenbrier Spa provides both relaxing and therapeutic treatments. Since the early part of the twentieth century prominent Americans have matched skills on The Greenbrier’s three courses. Golf Digest ranked The Greenbrier as the #8 golf resort in North America. In 2010, the world’s greatest players will be here for The Greenbrier Classic, a PGA TOUR, FedExCup event. The historic Old White Course will be the site for this event which will be held for six consecutive years. The Greenbrier Course hosted the 1979 International Ryder Cup and 1994 Solheim Cup matches as well as three American Express Championships in the mid 1980s. The Meadows Course, which hosts numerous state and regional championships annually, was renovated in 1999.

The Greenbrier's newest amenity, The Tavern Casino, is now open and encompassing 3,700 square feet with a Monte Carlo atmosphere. Discreetly located below Prime 44 West, the facility features a variety of table games, including blackjack, roulette and three card poker as well as 44 slots.
